Wow,
I had a great day today!! All day I was just happy! okay, maybe except for the major wedgy I had which I couldn't pick out cos I would have had to stick by hand down my pants to do so, but besides from that I had a great day!
I woke up (as normal ppl do) ummm, had breakfast, which is always fruit, but it was particularily hard because of my stupid ulcer! (how weird, I had like the best day ever, even tho I had wedgy and ulcer). Then I got dressed, but put my new denim shorts on underneath my skirt which was the reason I couldn't pull the wedgy out! Anyway, then I went to school, had roll call which I read a magazine that I had read millions of times, had my science lesson which was a bludge because we had a sub, then I had assembley (every monday) which wasn't that great at all, but it was quick, so that was good. Then I had recess which seemed longer then usual because I got throught more of my lunch (with an ulcer mind you), I like longer recesses. Anyway, then I had computing studies , which is one of my electives, that was alright, we are doing graphics, although I kept on ending up with crapping computers! And I was getting frustrated (as most people do with computers)! Then I had health, where we watched a video, and at the end there were all these nude people (all ages) which was kinda gross, but then again, its just the human body, still gross though. Then I had english, I got my poem book (assignment) back which I got full marks for, which was great! I might type one of them down here now:
The Netball Teams
‘The blondes will win
The brunettes will scream’
The blondes said on the netball
The nextball teams hopped on the bus
Which was two floors
Lets hope its not a fuss
One team was placed on the top
That was the blondes
They hoped it wouldn’t pop
The brown-haired girls were on the bottom
Having lots of fun
They were up and atom
But one girl heard there was no sound
So went up stairs
Thinking they were sleep asound
They were very stiff
And they were very white
Knuckles clung with lots of might
‘What’s wrong girls?’
The brown head said
‘Wow you’ve got nice curls on your head.
We’re having lots of fun down here
Come on down
And have a little cheer’
‘I wouldn’t move if I was you
One brave blonde said
But she was looking kind of blue
‘Gosh you girls are a lot quieter’
And the blonde replied
‘Well you’ve got a driver.’
So yeah... We've been told to make a picture book but I couldn't come up with any ideas (althoug I have one now which I'll talk about later). Then I hd lunch and yea, thats not that interesting. Then I had history, we are learning about Hitler at the moment.. I then had geography and we did map stuff which wasn't that great either.
Now this is the part of the day when it starts to get interesting:
I caught the bus (stinking sweaty pppl, eww!!) (i saw a poster advertisment for Lemony Snicket on the way) caught the second bus, which I took my skirt off to just walk in shorts and got off that bus. When I got off the second bus there was another advertisment poster for Lemony Snicket (how lucky). So I walked homw in my shorts (and thongs which I paked in the morning, the ones you wear on your feet!). It felt kool, I felt good, kinda sexy in a way, trying not to be vain at all here............ I'll just stay away from the short shorts.
Well I got home, decided to walk my dog, but I changed into my new singlet top, (which i felt hott in again, lol, STAY away from that you!)so I was walking (i changed my thongs to the plastic ones) and I took a route to see if I could see this girl in a street near me, (I'm not a les, but I would like to hang around her, altho we don't know each other that well, shes close which is good). I didn't up seeing her but there was a house whihc i passed earlier which had two little dogies that jumped up on the fence and barked at my dog. Some guy that lived there looked around at them and went 'Oi!" to the dogs, or sumthing like that, he was alrite lookin aswell, probably my age, I said sorry but he said he didn't mind, that made me happy. Then I was walking along another street and there was another guy going the other way, I tried to see what he looked like but he kept on looking at me aswell, so t was a bit hard. Anyway, a bit after that tho I realised that I was getting blisters from my thongs (i have never really worn thongs because they wqere uncomfortable, now i think my feet just aren't used to it! So i had to walked bare footed :(.
When I got home I started on my homework, but then had to go to soccer. So I went to soccer, and it was good, I actually felt I was platying alright. I think we won 1-0 , but I cant exactly remember if the opposing team scored a goal or not. Then I got home, oh shit i need a shower, oh i'll wait! So yeah, I got home and I decided to ring up a radio station to be part of the quiz they have on there. I diaed the number but it was engaged, after i few decade times of redailing I finally got in and talked to the producer (as they have to get your name). I waited a while as they put me on hold and then James goes "Hi, Melinda" (as hes obviously been given my name) and i said "hi" and then he asked me the question that he askes everyone who comes on (the question changes every day) "When was the last time you cried?" I replied "Umm, bout 3 or 4 days agho I suppose" and then he asked me about school and stuff and we got onto the subject of me having to right a story for school. Then he invited me to come back once I'd finished the story and read it on the radio, HOW COOL!!!!! I so can't wait to be back on the radio!
